Order processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing time is separate from shipping or transit time.

Estimated delivery

After shipment, estimated delivery is 5–12 business days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Delivery times may be affected by destination, carrier conditions, customs processing where applicable, weather, peak periods, and other circumstances outside Aurenelo’s reasonable control.

Tracking and shipping costs

When available, shipping confirmation and tracking information will be provided using the contact details supplied at checkout. Shipping costs, where applicable, are displayed at checkout before the order is completed.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. If you notice an address error, contact service@aurenelo.com as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once fulfillment has begun or an order is in transit.

Delayed or missing parcels

If a parcel appears delayed or cannot be located, please review the available tracking information and contact Aurenelo with your order details. Our support team will review the available shipping information and help identify appropriate next steps.

International orders

For international shipments, any applicable import requirements or customs processes are determined by the destination and may affect delivery.
